We bet that once all the spice and flavours of our local cuisine has been fondly acquainted with your palette, it will leave you wanting more. I’m sure you will be curious to know how to recreate some of these dishes and show off to your friends back home.
Luckily for you, we have been blessed with this foresight and have put together a Sri Lankan culinary experience to teach you the finer points of island cuisine.
The chef will start off by taking you to the local market (which in itself is an experience) to decide on the day’s menu. As per the local custom, head their early, pick up your ingredients and contrast the hustle and bustle of a market with your neatly organized supermarket at home.
Next, use your hands and mix your spices, infusing the textures, colours and rich aromas of our favourite dishes. Finally feast!
